if your contact lens hardened and you put it in solution then it softens, is it still okay to wear it?
if your eye becomes red (encircling the eye), what does that indicate?

Okay, this has happend to me before. I ran out of contacts and I HATE wearing glasses so I scavengered in my room and found some contacts that have hardened. I softened them with solution and put them in my eyes. I wore them for a few days until I got new ones. I have to tell you that those days really were painful. People kept coming up to me asking me if I was alright because my eyes were RED! The eye becomes red because it is irritated. I now have to say that doing that is very bad for your eyes.
