Is it harmful to your eyes if you read lying down?
I've always read lying down and some people tell me it causes bad vision, some have said that thats a lie. My vision is fine, not perfect but not bad enough for glasses. Am I making it worse by reading lying down?
Answers:
As long as you have a good direct light source and your book placement does not cause you to strain your eyes looking up or down then no.
The problem arises when you hold the book at an angle that forces your eyes to look in an awkward angle or by having poor lighting..
