Does anyone havea good technique for putting on contacts??
Well my doctor put them in easily for me but i could never get them in.... Only once i got them in and only once. Ever since then i just gave up wearing contacts and now i got to start wearing them for sports. Can anyone help? Also my eyes are very sensitive and small cuz i am asian...

The way I learned was to look up while you stretch your eye lids as wide as possible (without hurting yourself of course)
Then pop the contact in. I usually press it on my eye gently until it gets "stuck" on my eye ball then I blink and bring it to the right place:)
Its hard to keep your eye open when you see something coming towards you but you have to keep trying or you will never be able to put them on.
