Yes, I agree with the first person who posted an answer...
Here in PA, our local Lions Club chapter helps hundred's of folks out who don't have the resources to purchase prescription glasses. Of course, they provide basic frames and lenses, which means no designer frames or specialty lenses (ie Transitions, Progressive lenses, hi-index and polycarbonate) they provide standard plastic single vision or lined bifocals or trifocals.
They provide a great service in our community! Look in the phone book or online for how to get in touch with your local Lions Club chapter...
