just the united states
do most people have perfect vison?

this is kind of a trick question. statistically worldwide...very few people have a prescription of *exactly* zero. most people are a little bit FARSIGHTED.

minimally farsighted people see excellently...they definitely do have "perfect" vision...until they reach their 40's. then all bets are off.

so statistically worldwide...something like 52% of all people "see perfectly" until their 40's
