I have started to have a shaky left eye from time to time...What is this, and ho!


Question:

I have started to have a shaky left eye from time to time...What is this, and how to stop it?

Meaning it just kinda flickers a little...I'm not sure if it is my lid or what?For a short amount of time it flickers..it's rather embaressing when speaking to someone...any advice?

It was 4 days ago i asked this question...to answer Judy's question...it was the eye lid...and it is much better...i had 3 days off work...no twitching at all....i think you guys were right...it was nervousness....thanks...

It's a twitch and it's caused by being nervous.
Is there something bothering you? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you stressed out?
