What does a lot of sun exposure do to the color of your eyes?!

What does a lot of sun exposure do to the color of your eyes?
I've heard from some people it can make them appear lighter and brighter, others say it makes them darker. which one?
Answers:
When a person is in the sunlight their eye color always looks lighter. For instance my eyes are a fairly deep green but in the bright sun they look light green and outside on cloudy days they look grey-green. But the actual color hasn't changed.....it's just that things look different in different light. You might want to look up eye color on wikipedia, it might have information about sun exposure and eye color. Seems like I read about that on there.
