Answers:

Contacts of course are more convenient, they don't slip like eye glasses, or fog up, you can see all the way around. With contacts the down side is you got to keep everything clean or you will get an eye infection. You should carry glasses in case a contact lens suddenly falls out; they're impossible to find. Depending on the type of contact, you can't sleep in them, some you can. Sometimes a contact will seem to get stuck on your eye, or slip to the side of your eye. How to put contacts in? Pull down your lower eyelid, I put the contact on my lower eyeball, blink, and they are in place.
