Or does any other store similar to lens crafters sell them?

Any optical that deals with contact lenses is likely to also have non prescription color contacts. Even if you do not need any correction you will still need a contact lens fitting. The contact lens fitter needs to check the patients eyes to make sure they are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. Also measurements need to be taken to make sure they find lenses that will fit you properly. Lenses that are not fit well can be uncomfortable and possibly in the long run cause damage to your eyes!!
I know lenscrafters in my area deal with contact lenses... but that could vary from location. Many opticals preform contact lens fittings and carry non prescription color contacts... you could either call the opticals or find their advertisement in phone book to find out :)
