Why are my pupils dilating fast....when i look in the mirror they get bigger rig!

Why are my pupils dilating fast....when i look in the mirror they get bigger right in front of my own 2 eyes!?
my friend asked me if i was epileptic last night when it was dark in his room...i sed i didnt know, and he put this little red light up to my eye, and made it blink a lot...i turned relly fast, because it freaked me out........i had a hard time sleeping because i was paranoid of i don't even know wat.......today i noticed my pupils were larger than normal a few times when i looked in the mirror....i just looked in the bathroom mirror, and they were normal size, but started getting bigger as i was looking.......this is scary!!!.....someone please help!

your eyes dilate according to the light. the amount of light going through the eye is controlled because when it is a bright day, your eyes dilate and turn small, because there is an excessive amount of sun. And in the dark, it gets bigger because the eye requires more light to pass through.
