My eyes are really red, but they are not irritated, they don't hurt and my vision is fine, what do I have?

I haven't taken any medication or drugs and my eyes have been a little pink over the past few days but not to this extent. Both eyes are equally red.

Without seeing an eye doctor, there really is not a way to diagnose over the internet...but here are a couple of suggestions to try until you can see your eye doctor.

You can try some preservative free artificial tears in case it is just dry eyes. Some OTC meds are Refresh Plus, GenTeal preservative free.

You can try some cold packs if irritation develops.

I would still schedule an appointment early in the week with your optometrist to either rule in or rule out conjunctivitis (allergic, bacterial, or viral) and for him/her to recommend specific treatments. Sometimes the progressively pink to red eyes can be the first sign of conjunctivitis...but it is impossible to say without a professional taking a look.

And for the record...I would not listen to those who said it's caused by marijuana or any other substances...as it CLEARLY states in your question that you have not taken any new medications or drugs.
