Answers:

YES

2. How frequently shd i change the solution in which they are kept?

every night

3. For ppl who are switching from long-term use of glasses to contacts.. well.. specifically for myopia.. do u like see everything .. bigger.. like relatively larger than before.. does it happen initially or its like that??

YES. this is totally normal in cases of "high" myopia. you're used to the minification effect of your glasses. dont get that with the contacts. the contacts dont actually "magnify"...they just dont minify, either. nearsighted glasses *do* minify.

4. Is it necessary to wear plain glass while wearing contacts while travelling (especially if its a bit polluted air outside) to protect them from dust and stuff??

is it "necessary? no. but it certainly wouldnt hurt anything if you liked to do it.

5. I also have glasses of almost same power.. when i switch btw. two.. it feels a lil uncomfortable.. is this normal.. is like this switching harmful for my eyes??

yes, normal. its called the "vestibulo-ocular response" and it has to do with your brain re-setting your eye movements. the short explanation of this is that in the contacts you are always looking thru the optical center of the lens, and in glasses you are not...you are getting some amount of prismatic effect when you're not looking thru the center. its totally normal and definitely does not damage your eyes or vision. its only annoying.

all of this is all perfectly normal. it'll take you a few days/weeks to get used to all this stuff. good luck!
