my favorite kind are the focus day and night contacts. you can leave them in for a month because they allow more oxygen through the lens. it does not hurt when you put them in, it honestly feels like nothing is there. contact lenses can be pretty expensive, but as long as you have health insurance it shouldn't be too much. (:
