Heres some info i found and some of its just what i know...

Blepharospasm is the technical term for involuntary eye twitching (eye spasms). Blepharospasm is more specifically defined as an abnormal involuntary blinking or spasm of the eyelids. Eye twitching usually involves involuntary movements of the eyelid specifically. Some refer to this condition as eye spasms. Some doctors often refer to this condition when chronically present as "blinking disorder." Sounds pretty serious. But it may not be.
Causes:
Corneal irritation or injury
Stress
Lack of sleep
Fatigue
Prolonged staring or eye strain
Neurological disorders
Possibly Hereditary
If you suffer an occasional bout of eye twitching you probably won't require any specific treatment. However these are the main treatment options (if its really that bad) drug therapy, surgery and supportive or preventative therapy. Some people even get BOTOX injections to help.

Most likely you are just tired, your body is telling you to rest. Have you been working at the computer alot or straining your eyes some other way? Why not just take breaks and be kind to your eyes! =)
