Should I wear glasses or contacts when I go in for my eye exam?!
Question:
Should I wear glasses or contacts when I go in for my eye exam?
I have an eye exam in a couple of days but I'm not sure whether I should wear my glasses or contacts when I come in for it. I can't see anything without one or the either but I hate wearing glasses. I was just wondering which one would be easier for both the doctor and me to complete the exam.
Answers:
Either should be fine but I think wearing your glasses should be better. Your eyes are less stressed when you're wearing your glasses in comparison to contact lens since the lens sit on your eyeball. If your eyes are more relaxed, the evaluation of your eye prescription is more accurate. If you do choose to wear contact lens to your appointment, take them out 10- 15 mins before your appointment so your eyes could rest a bit.
