Is there a way which u can wear contact lenses but also eyeliner on the inside rim of ur eye? Or is it not possible?

Wearing eyeliner on the inside rim of your eye is not recommended with OR without contact lenses! There are tiny glands called meibomian glands that add oil to the tear film which helps to lubricate your eyes.
Wearing eyeliner on the inner rim seals those glands shut and causes all kinds of problems. Always wear your eyeliner under the lash line.
