Ok iv been wearing glasses for a while and i want to wear contacts...im currently 15 i asked my optition when he said later on does anyone know at what age?

Get a different doctor. Tell your parents you want to see a different eye doctor to get contacts. You doctor probably is assuming you cant handle properly cleaning your contacts so he/she is being rude and just not listening to what you want.
Contacts are easy to take care of nowadays with products like Renu multipurpose solution.
Also your eye doctor may just not be a doctor who does contacts that is why they are just ignoring your request.
The eye place I used to go to had only 1 doctor that all he did was prescribe and work on people who had contacts. The other doctor I first saw only dealt with glasses.
So tell your parents that you want contacts and want a serious conversation with another eye doctor who will listen to you.
