There is no age limit for contact lenses!
The deciding factor would be do you think you are responsible enough to properly care for and wear contact lenses? Also do you practice good hygiene? It is very important when you wear contact lenses to always clean, disinfect and store them in a clean case with fresh solution after every time you wear them. Also always wash your hands thoroughly with a mild soap and dry them completely before you even think about touching your eyes or contacts. You also have to make sure you do not overwear your contacts! Always wear your contacts as recommended by your doctor (amount of hours in a day and how often you need to throw them out). Over wearing contacts could result in damage to your eyes which leaves you more susceptible to an eye infection and this can cause permanent damage!
If you think you are ready and responsible enough to care for the contacts and wear them appropriately then go for it :)
Just make an appointment with your eye doctor for a contact lens fitting :) They will fit you for contacts, train you on how to care for them and put them in/out of your eyes and start you with trials to make sure they are working for you
