I dare not wear contacts lens): Suggestions to pratice?

I can't even use my fingers and open my eyes wide, they are too sensitive I think): I really wna wear contact lens

The person did taught me how to put them in, my eyes are just sensitive or something. I dare not put them. I don't dare to open them wide and touch them\:

Best way i found for putting lenses in:
As said wash your hands,
Open eye with forefinger and thumb
Put lens on index finger (right way round... that was never explained to me)
Place on eye. You will get an air bubble underneath, just move the lens across the eye and the bubble will be forced out.
Really quick needs only 1 attempt. Dont worry you just need some practice..
