Why is my left eyes like blurry?!

Why is my left eyes like blurry?
like if i woulda get knocked out u now like i see a gang of lil thingys like blurrs why is that??only from left eye dough is that normall or???

If you get knocked out, you've had a concussion. Your brain has hit your skull and the result made you lose consciousness.
Apparently you got hit with a right. The right hit your eye or around your left eye. If it contused it directly it could have caused any number of problems from just swelling of the retina or optic nerve, to bleeding inside the eye or rupture of one of the layers inside the eye. Sometimes these lesions are permanent. Sometimes they can be treated, sometimes not. You could have a subluxed lens. That'd be a lens that was just a little bit knocked out of where it's supposed to be. If it were dislocated, you'd really have a problem seeing...it wouldn't be just a little bit blurred.
The wise thing would be to go to an ophthalmologist and have it looked at.
