Are lasers really that dangerous, they wont normally have lasers in a concert nowadays cause they reckon they'll blind people. Well how come they never blinded people before
Answers:
It all depends on how strong the beam is and what is used to cause the laser to work. Today, many lasers are used in surgeries to help keep what used to be big invasive surgeries to smaller, noninvasive surgeries.
As with a lot of things, the more research that is done on one topic, the more information is gathered about risks, effects, as in the case of the lasers that used to be used in concerts on a regular basis. The concert people may have found that through that research that those lasers used all the time back during the concerts in the 80s and early 90s did have an effect that didn't show up right away??? I am not sure what studies have been done, or their results, but that's my best educated guess on why they stopped using them so much.
