Has anyone heard of an eye disorder in which the focus of each eye is not quite !
Question:
Has anyone heard of an eye disorder in which the focus of each eye is not quite in alignment with the other?
The descrepancy is slight, not enough to be called 'lazy eye', but enough to affect reading. There can be blurred vision and it takes a moment to focus. It can also affect looking through something like binoculars.

It occurs even with correction of an astygmatism. It has more to do with the image the eye sees...the eyes are not focusing exactly on the same thing.
Answers:
This could be a slight strabismus, when both eyes dont focus on the same thing at the same time. You will need to visit an opthalmic optician who may refer you to the hospital to see (i cant remeber what they are called, just slipped my mind but they are basically a physiotherapist for the eye) who will give you exercises to try and train the eye back to where it should be.
There are other solutions but this is the most likely route that will be taken.
