No hun... this particular type of lens is made for daily wear use and is recommended for a 2 week replacement. The type of lens you can wear overnight would be an extended wear or continuous wear type of lens. Acuvue Oasys can be worn as a daily wear or extended wear up to 6 consecutive nights. In my personal opinion I believe the less you can wear contact lenses the better. Your cornea needs oxygen to keep it in good shape and healthy. Even when wearing an extended wear, I do not think its a good idea to wear them 6 consecutive nights.
If a lens is not made for extended wear then do not wear them overnight. Doing so will deprive your cornea of oxygen which will leave it susceptible to infection and damage!
