I have bought ones that last a few months and i dont have a prescription but is it possible to buy glass ones or ones i can wear for years when i go out?

no. there is no "permanent" contact lens at all. that does not exist.
all colored soft lenses are designed for "daily wear", so you can never safely sleep in any colored soft contact lens.
no soft contact lens is designed to least more than 1 year. *most* colored soft contact lenses are not designed to last more than 14 wears.
"hard" contacts or rigid gas permeables are designed to last 1-2 years. they do come "tinted", but not to color your eyes. there is no "hard" contact lens that will color your eyes. also, there is no "glass" contact lens.
