I can't help that i'm staring into space!?!

I can't help that i'm staring into space!?

Recently, i feel that whenever im tired, i start staring into space / or an area. It's quite hard to stop it. I can withdraw from staring and then be at it again a second later. What's wrong with me? Am i having some kinda disease? I don't want to stay this way forever. Help!

You need to see your Dr. You may be experienceing Petit Mal seizures also know as absence seizures. You don't have any other symptom other than "just staring off into space" This can be precipated by feeling tired. You need to be evaluated because what if this happens while you are driving a car or something else that can affect others.
