Do carrots really help your eyesight???!

Question:

Do carrots really help your eyesight???

Answers:

Vitamin A is required for normal vision. However, if you have a healthy (not necessarily excessive) amount of vegetables in your diet, it should more than suffice.

Eating large amounts of carrots can lead to vitamin A toxicity, which can in fact lead to loss of vision (and other medical problems).

Take home: don't need to overdo it with carrots.
