When will my pink eye go away after eye drops?
Well i got pink eye yesturday and went to the doctors last night so i have the eye drops. But they aren't making my eye's any less red, and i have an exam tomorrow. I know it won't be contagious since it would have been 24 hours tomorrow morning. But when will the redness go down? Or is there any way to bring the redness down other than the eye drops?

what drops have they given you? Prefin usually clears the pink eye in less than 10 mins but i wouldnt recmmedn prescribing it as it just hides the pink eye but does not resolve the issues that causes the pink eye plus it has a rebound effect. Unless you need to impress someone urgently avoid prefin. to reduce the redness the natural way is still rest and removal of the cause. eg allergies, contact lesn induced irritation, mechanical trauma like rubbing.
