I swicthed my contacts by accident. now idk which one is the left and the right. wat should i do. one eye is -200 and the other one is -175 so i have to have the rite eye. how do i tell which one is right and left.

no they rnt in the box i have already worn them but i put in the same case thing cause i was lazy and now idk which is which

you could toss them and start fresh.

if you wore them already switched then it doesn't really matter.

maybe you could put one in your right eye and cover your left while looking at an object. Then take it out and put in the other one. Which ever is best is the one that goes in the right eye.
