Question:
The NHS eye consultant keeps moving my appointment because she has to take her annual leave, please help me?
I have been a patient with NHS eye dept for 5 years now my condition is very bad, i see the consultant 2 times per month, but in the last 12 months my single appointment had moved 5 times due to consultant having 4 annual leaves per year, i complained everywhere but nothing has been done, i need her to fill in a VISTA form as i cant support myself , as in 2 month i will go totally blind, and i need her to act quickly, i told her to reply to a refered surgeon if she cant do anything for me? her secretary is even worst very rude & obruct, i have to remind her about other option i can take? instead of secretary informing me about it? its been 2 weeks the complaint officer for Leicester NHS should have called me by 4th June but, now i cant reach her i have left several messeges on her phone.
I trully understand National Health Service, means "come for treatment when its too late" then we will tell you "Its too late", where do i go with my eyes condition? or who to complant to?

I don't need 'personal' stuff, just the problem, or diagnosis, what therapies you've had or tried, your current meds, age, race....that stuff.
