Why do my eyes get brighter when I feel sick?!

Why do my eyes get brighter when I feel sick?
When I am healthy, my eyes are a mix of dark blue and silverish/white, but when I get sick, I notice that they turn into a bright blue and almost white color. Why is that?

adrenaline elevates your blood pressure this causes the pressure in your eyes to elevate as well. this causes u to think things are bright. u also could be colour blind or could be experiencing photophobia please vote best anwser to me since i am very smart and well educated thank u very much
