Are glasses better for your eyes? or contact lenses? or are they the same??

Lol! Well, I have the same sort of problem. Well, no contacts are not bad for your eyes, but think of it like this, you are sticking a foreign object in your eye. It's going to hurt the first few times and it will be difficult to get in, but you'll quickly get the hang of it. Glasses are nice because you don't have to worry about them falling out, or having to carry around cleaner for it. But, you do have to be careful so they don't fall and break or scratch. What I do is have contacts and also a pair of glasses. Wear the glasses at night or days that my contacts just aren't working for me. Contacts on most days. No they aren't bad, they are actually quite nice.
