Scratch off all those questions: Does watching something on a video screen while moving ruin your eyes on the same level as watching something on a video screen while not moving?

Not sure where you heard this! But watching anything on screen is 'supposed' to have a bad effect on your eyes moving vehicle or not! It comes from a myth that 'watching too much TV will make your eyes square' which parents used in an effort to get their childeren to stop watching too much TV. A lot of research has gone into this and some say that it has a negative effect, others say that it doesnt.
Playing video games though does have the benefit of hand-eye co-ordination excerises, especially if its fast moving, and also keeps your mind alert. Done in moderation playing games is quiet healthy, although physical excerise is just as important =)
