Depends on what you want, I would say minimum $150. on up, mine cost $360. because I use glass lenses and very good frames..exams at Costco run about $65. some places charge more than double that..
Let me add that the guarantee at Costco is unbeatable..I've bougth lenses at local eye doctors that didn't do that and I paid heavy for it..worth a thought
