What is the matter when a person has a growth on the inner bottom lid of their eye?
My 12 year old daughter had a few styes on her upper eye lid in the past, only on 3 occassions. Now, she has a bulge on her lower lid, and when you look into the inner part of the lower lid, there's what looks like a growth akin to a larger skin tag on the inner bottom eye lid. What could that be?

dont know. not enough info. many, many, many things cause "lumps and bumps" on eyelids...some are totally benign and some are dangerous. your daughter needs to have it looked at. make her an appointment to see an optometrist/ophthalmologist
