Stretching your eyes?!

Question:

Stretching your eyes?

Is stretching your eyes necessary? I fell that they do because of my left eye. How should I stretch them if so?

Answers:

if your eyes are only looking a book or a computer screen then the muscles that help you focus tend to get tired and out of balance, like any muscle that does a repetitive single movement.

also people's eye-balls may not be the same shape or the eyes have different lense shapes so that one eye does not focus the same way as the other.

for eye stretches, you actually should do comfortable gentle range of motion exercises.

get your eyes looking up, down, left, and right. then look up close and then into the distance. Spend a few seconds looking in each direction, like five seconds or so. Don't force your eye into extreme positions, this should be gentle.

then when you have done the exercises for 3 to 5 minutes rest themby covering your eyes with your cupped palms so that you do not press on the eye ball, and then just look ahead, resting your eyes in the dark of your hand.

Addition;
the eye exercises help strenghen your eyes' muscles so that they are better at focusing (muscles are stronger) and you have less pain because you avoid strained or cramped muscles.
