i heard tt lookin at sumthing green for 2-3 mins aft every 45 mins helps control myopia. This way doesn't actually improve my eyesight rite?

in a -6.00 Rx, if you are trying to increase your ACUITY, contact lenses is probably one of the better answers if you are not already wearing them.

if you mean you are trying to reduce your myopia (and have an Rx that is less than -6.00) there is not really a great way, regardless of what any non-eye doctor tells you. ortho-k would temporarily reduce your myopia and may help you to slow the progression of nearsightedness, but b/c of induced high order aberrations it may cause your night vision to be worse. rigid gas permeable contacts may also slow your myopia progression (but will not reduce your myopia). lasik would obviously permanently reduce/eliminate your myopia.
