What is the best cell phone company?

i want a cell phone but i don't want my parents to spend billions of dollars on my tiny bill

I don't know why this question is posted in the Optical category, BUT - Cingular/AT&T is very good. I switched a year ago from T-Mobile and I haven't found a place that my phone doesn't get service. I always have a strong signal...unlike with T-Mobile. And the roll-over minutes are great. My husband and I have a family plan and I usually use my phone mostly to talk to him and we have free mobile-to-mobile so it never counts against our minutes. He uses his phone a lot for work and we always have so many roll-over minutes...I've never gone over and gotten socked with a crazy cell phone bill.

**Side Note** The person above me sounds like she's had a lot of dropped calls wirh AT&T/Cingular...I've had only 3 maybe in the last year, which was far fewer than I've had with any other company. I've had nothing but great service from AT&T/Cingular, personally.
