Sore/puffy eye?
a day or two ago i got some soap in my eye while i was wearing my contacts and i was in a hurry so i didnt bother to take my contacts out or wash my eye out thoroughly. now, my eye is sore and heavy and it hurts when it gets dry, when i blink, and when i turn to look at something. my lid is puffy and swollen. is this from the soap or could it be something else?

Yes there is no way that anyone on here can tell you what exactly is causing your sore/puffy eye. There is a possibility it could be the soap, but it could also be other things as well.
It is very important to be more careful when wearing contact lenses... You should never wear your contacts when you have a shower or when you wash your face.
It is also very important if your contacts become contaminated with soap immediately take them out of your eyes rinse out your eyes and thoroughly clean and rinse your contacts out before putting them back in.
Anyways best thing for you is to make an appointment with an eye doctor.... they will be able to diagnose and treat your problem accordingly :)
