My eyewhite seems sort of yellowish bcoz of some yellow patches. my blood vessel seems to be very obvious?
and this cause the side that has obvious blood vessel to look yellowish.

Sounds like symptoms of jaundice. Get checked out immediately. Jaundice can be caused by Hepatitis, pancreatic or liver problems.
