Something in my eye & great irritation, can't seem to find anything wrong, no lash, speck, etc. eye drops are
no help, stabbing almost constant pain. Can you help? PLEASE.....

you might have a corneal irritation/scratch. it feels like there is something in your eye and it is worse when you blink... you need to see an eye doctor... will prescribe eyedrops for this.
