Contacts question?
the first time i got my contacts (acuvue oasys) in, they were crystal clear; the second time my vision got blurry and i had a headache...?
after i wore them the 1st time i figure i didnt clean them properly, only soaked them in the solution without rubbing or rinsing... could this be the reason?
and also suppose u drop ur contacts on the floor, do u pick them up, clean and put in your eyes again, or do u throw them away?

The first thing you need to remember is ALWAYS clean your lenses and soak them in your saline overnight. Our office recommends the Optifree line of solutions.
Always make sure your hands are clean and make sure your case that you store them in is clean also.
Clean the lenses good and try them again in the morning. If they are still blurry then try another pair out of the package. If you are still in the fitting process call your doctor and explain the problem and ask for another pair.
If you do drop your lenses, you are fine to just clean them well and put them back in your eyes. Just make sure they are no tears in the lens and that it didn't get dried out.
Remember, if you ever go to put your lenses in and your eyes are red, painful, or just irritated, don't wear your contacts. If you fall asleep in them, removed them and give your eyes a day or so to rest and re-oxygenate.
