Is there a way to improve my eye-sight?!

Question:

Is there a way to improve my eye-sight?

I am a very ative guy in my 40s , spending not more than 4 hours in front of the computer or TV a day.
Recently I get the feeling that I become far-sighted, when reading a book close up the letters become fuzzy.
Is there a way thru food intake or training to reverse this condition?

Answers:

Hun its called presbyopia! You can not avoid it no matter how healthy/active you are. It is a natural fact of life that everyone will have to deal with when they are 40+. What basically is happening is the crystalline lens inside of our eye that usually changes shape to help us focus on near objects looses its ability to flex (accommodate). When this happens we loose our ability to read print and focus on things at near.
This is completely normal and it is just a fact of life hun!
You will need some reading glasses, glasses with progressive/bifocal lenses or bifocal/monovision contact lenses.... Nothing can be done to reverse this condition except for a few types of surgical procedures! http://www.agingeye.net/otheragingeye/pr... this link has a list of them
Talk to your local eye care professional about it and check out the link for more info :)
