I have an eyesight number of -.25 and -.5 .. can it be cured without wearing specs ?? or lenses ??

i know dat i shud watch less of tv and work less on d comp and even dat i shudnt read in dimlight ......and cutting onions ............
i want oder suggestions ..

That prescription is so slight, I hesitate to even prescribe for it. There isn't much you can do to "maintain" that level of vision short of practicing good visual hygiene, i.e., take frequent breaks when reading or working at the computer. Unfortunately, if near-sightedness is in the cards for you, there's not much you can do.
