Those of you who are optomitrists or highly knowledgable about the eyes how often are you supposed to get your glasses changed and have an eye exam?
Answers:
It is recommended that you get your eyes checked once every year. If your eyes don't change that much, you only need to change your glasses as needed. Say when they are really scratched or your prescription needs changing.
