Can looking at a computer monitor over a long period of time cause my eye to bus!

Can looking at a computer monitor over a long period of time cause my eye to bust a blood vessel?
I recently have been working alot with my computer and recently had a bloodvessel bust in my eye and wonder if it has anything to do with looking at my computer monitor all day or is it un related?

no, probably unrelated IMO.
subconjunctival hemorrhage (thats what i am assuming you had when you say "bust" blood vessel) can be caused by many things like valsalva maneuvers, constipation, sneezing fits, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heavy lifting, eye injury, medications, etc etc
but probably not affected by looking at a computer screen all day
