Only seeing yellow tones out of one eye all the sudden what does this mean?

You should see a Doctor, an optician, ask them. It's not worth risking your eyesight to do it the easy way with home remedies (that may or may not work) and we can't see exactly what it is, probably even if we WERE there, maybe more then one thing will do that, and then someone could give you wrong info...
See an optician (eye Doctor) is my advice, think about the worst that COULD happen, it makes it a lot easier to just go, you eyesight could be fine, or not...
