well it depends... on weither you have an astigmatism or not... i worked for an opthalmologist for 10 years and contacts disposible ones can range from 20 a box to 50 a box and each contact lens has different wearing time theres the ones you throw away every day (dailies) every two weeks or every month .. depends on your prescription... you should first see your eye doctor to see if you can wear contact lenses... they will probably do a contact lens exam which is usually additional to your reg eye exam and it usually cost more.. if you have vision ins that helps sometimes
