Eye doctor I can ask questions with via email?
I'm looking for an eye doctor that i can talk with via email or a message board or something about posterior blepharitis aka meimboian gland dysfunction... my main concern is with getting rid of and preventing the little bumps on my eyelids caused by blocked oil glands.... I'm just throwing this out there and hoping somebody can help.....

Get yourself a warm washcloth (as warm as you can without burning yourself). Wrap it around your finger and close your eyes. Gently scrub the bases of your lashes with a massaging action to stimulate the oil glands. Do this at least twice a day in perpetuity. If you need help beyond this, a prescription for doxycyline may be in order.
