i wear glasses and play on a soccer team
my right eye is -2.50
my left eye is -2.75

Both of my eyes are -2.50 and when I got contacts, it was such a relief. Glasses always bumped my nose and I'd get hurt. Getting contacts was one of the most greatest choices I've ever made. Playing soccer, I think they would definitely make your game a lot better.
