Which brand of contact lenses do you prefer?
Please post all of the brands you have tried. Tell me about their pros and cons, and which one do you prefer most. I'm going to need to buy some new contact soon, so I'm hoping to find a brand that can last through the day with minimal dryness. I'm looking for the type of contacts that I can use for a month not daily disposable.

It all depends on your prescription, eye shape, and other eye health factors. A lens that's great for one person could be horrible for another. But......
Typically, Ciba Night and Day's are the contacts that we reach for when you're looking for monthly contacts. Good for patients who want durability, high oxygen trasmission, reasonable wettability, and some infection resistance.
Torics (astigmatism lenses)- Good monthly lenses would be PureVision Torics. SofLens66's are good too. Little thinner than the PureVisions, but they are a 2 week lens.
But, with any lens that you wear for a month, toward the end of your wear cycle, you're probably going to experience some element of dryness or discomfort because your lenses are ready to be thrown out.
Also try using Clerz rewetting drops to keep them a little cleaner during the month of wear.
